Sweet Brooke

Brooke has had a great summer. She is enjoying the backyard and loves to run every chance she gets. She is very comfortable in a crate now as long as the door is open and chooses to sleep in one beside our bed now.
Brooke had a mini vacation while we went on holidays and stayed with several other dogs and got along very well with them. She is actually trying to initiate play now and it is very rewarding to see her blossom like this.
She got a very short hair cut recently and I think that she is enjoying being cooler with most of her fur gone.
Brooke will be getting a new house mate on Sunday- Petey a 6 year old Shih Tzu Mix who we hope will enjoy being with Brooke. Stay tuned for updates!
