Maggie has Arrived

I picked up Maggie at the vet's last Thursday. She is an owner surrender, who needed to be in a calmer quieter environment. She has just been spayed and had a dental done along with all vaccinations and HW test. Maggie came home with a cone on as she does like to clean her incision.
After a few days Maggie seems to be settled right in. She loves attention and her favourite thing is to curl up beside you and snuggle in for as long as you will stay put. Maggie walks fairly well on leash and seems to enjoy our outings. She is pretty well house trained and has only had a couple of accidents (poops during the night- probably due to the sudden food change). Maggie is a dominant little dog and may be best suited to a home where she will get all of the attention. She has lived with a big dog and cat, that she reportedly liked, but did not like the other small dog in the home.
