What a sweet little girl. Hazel came from a mill, but now has her freedom. She is 6 years old and weighs 9 lbs. She loves people and other dogs although fast movements and loud sounds still startle her. She arrived Sunday June 18 after having 8 teeth removed during a dental, being spayed and having her right eye removed due to severe infection. Hazel has learned to go up and down 3-4 stairs and now has full access to the back yard and the couch. She loves to snuggle and receive pets and is learning to walk on a leash, uses pee pads fairly well and is starting to catch on to doing her business outside. She is starting to play with toys and loves to find flowers, especially the clover growing in the grass or small sticks or stones out in the yard. Hazel has come a long way in the last week and will soon be available for adoption.
