New Dog Coming!!

We are getting a new dog in a few days! Penny is an approximately10 year old shih tzu who was picked up by animal conrtol as a stray. No one claimed her and so Loyal has taken her in and will find her a great new home. She was in pretty rough shape and had not been looked after in quite a while. She desperately needed grooming and had mats that were pulling her skin they were so tight. The shelter has shaved her underbelly, but she will need work done on the rest of her . She is being picked up today and will go to the vets tomorrow and be checked over and given a much needed dental, then come to us once she is ready to leave the vets.
Penny was very calm and patient as the mats were shaved off. She seems like a sweet girl and we are looking forward to meeting her.
