Going out on a limb and declaring that Brooke is now house trained!

It has been six weeks since Brooke had her Cushing's medicine Vetoryl upped to 30mg/day and she hasn't had an accident since then. Her blood work is in the normal range on this dose and her symptoms are diminished so she will continue with the 30mg/day. Brooke has been left for up to 5 hours and does not seem to have any trouble. She is drinking a more normal amount of water, has more energy and loves to cruise the yard or have a good roll on her back when she goes out. She does not seem to be as clingy now that she has full run of the house. Brooke will need to find a quiet calm home because stress causes her symptoms to increase, so a home without children will be a must, although she does well with our grandchildren when they visit. She is just so sweet!
