Brooke is settling in very well. She just loves to be with the other dogs and follows them like a shadow. She is very playful and loves a couple of the soft stuffed toys. We have been walking here 3 times a day and going one or two houses farther each time. Her breathing is heavy and we stop if she does, but over all she just keeps plugging away. The leash and harness is no problem at all for her. Brooke goes in and out the back door with no trouble and loves to explore the small dog yard. Tomorrow Brooke can have a much needed full bath. Her skin seems to be dry and flakey right now, but hopefully it will soon be glossy with the Omega 3 she gets daily. House breaking will be a challenge as Brooke drinks a lot and consequently pees alot. It will come with time and consistency.
