Sugar has been here less than 5 days and has settled right in. She is very friendly and just loves to get attention and will flip over for a belly rub when we approach her. She is learning about being outside to explore and now runs around the backyard checking things out. She is inquisitive. Sugar wants to play with our older dog and will play with toys, often collecting several in one of the dog beds to settle down with. Sugar does love to follow us around and will cry/bark if we go out. She sleeps all night quietly in her crate in our bedroom. She is learning to potty outside and will use a pee pad (or area rug) inside. She will need continued work on house training, but is doing fairly well. We were not sure of her breed before she came in and it was thought she might be Shih Tzu/Maltese, however we don't see any of those breeds in her. She is more like a Terrier mixed with something else. All we know for sure is that she is very cute! She is going to make someone a great companion dog.
