Unfortunately Rory had to be moved to a rescue who was better equipped to deal with his behaviour issues. Soon after arriving Rory showed his aggressive side which was not accurately revealed on his surrender papers. He was very possessive of his food, toys, bed etc. and would guard them fiercely. He would lunge, snarl and try to bite if approached. We have two 7 pound dogs here and were concerned for their safety. Rory played rough and it appears he did not learn many manners in the homes he had before. We don't know how many homes he was bounced through in his short life and had hoped this would be his last before moving on to a loving family. We are hoping that the new rescue can safely provide him with structure, training and love and that he will be able to find a family of his own.
