Noelle is progressing well.

We have had Noelle back with us for about 2.5 weeks now and she is doing well. It seems the Pepcid AC 5 mg twice a day is the key to keep her GI system happy. She had discontinued it the day before we got her and within 3 days was regurgitating again. She went back on it and was fine again. Sometimes her stools are softer than we would like. She has now transitions to an all kibble diet and is getting 3 meals/day instead of the 4 she was on. We had her to the vet for a weight check yesterday and she is up another half pound since we got her. She looks much better and we celebrated with a walk around the block. She walked the 2/3 of a kilometer very well and seemed to enjoy it. We are hoping that things remain stable and that she can drop another feed per day soon. She is so sweet and loves attention and being pet. She and Jersey are priceless using their butts to push the other away so they get all the pets... would love to get a video of it!

Noelle guzzles her food too quickly and this is one way of slowing her down. We also toss the kibble around the kitchen for her to chase down and eat. The slow feeder bowl helps as well. It is great that she loves her food- but she loves it a bit too much!
