Update for Joey 3451

Joey is doing very well adjusting to his foster home. He is a low key dog who likes to cuddle, nap and go for strolls. Over the past weekend he had the opportunity to interact with other dogs. He is timid meeting new dogs but did accept them sniffing him and then pretty much ignored them and did not try to interact. When the larger dogs got playing and tearing around he sat back and did not care for it when they came too close. He did fine being with the dogs when they were quiet and calm, so he can probably live with another quiet low energy dog or will be good as the only dog.
He has only had one accident in the last week and is pretty much house trained and has full run of the house. When we leave he does bark some, so will need a single family home.
Joey traveled well in the car for the 2 hour car rides to the cottage and back.
We are hoping he will find a quiet home soon so he can bond with his new owners and start his new life! He is a lovely dog who just needs to get comfortable in his new home.

Pet me, pet me!!

Do I eat this chicken foot?

Nap time!
