Learning to be a Dog

Ellie and Tatum are coming along well. We have been working on house training and Tatum does very well. Ellie is a marker and is still marking in the house. We are still hoping this will decrease now that she is spayed. Tatum is also ahead of Ellie in leash walking. She has been following us well on our walks, but yesterday for the first time Ellie walked much better on our walk to the mail box.
Tatum has developed an interdigital cyst and finds it painful to weight bare on it. We are soaking the foot several times/day.
The girls now do a lot of play fighting... they seem to keep it civil and we have never heard a yelp while they play.
They are eating and drinking well and sleep happily in a large crate together without a peep until I let them out in the morning. Sweet girls who are enjoying their life outside of the mill.
