Ruby arrived today all the way from Bowling Green, Ky. She is only 8.25 lbs and is two years old. We were expecting her to be 4.5 years old and to weigh 12 lbs. She is very sweet; timid but very curious, checking out the house and yard. So far Penny and she are mostly ignoring each other. I am not sure that Ruby is very good with stairs, but she can jump on the furniture with no problem. We have blocked off the chair and couch as she was spayed 5 days ago and we would like to keep her quiet for a bit longer.
Stay tuned as we get to know this cutie better.
