A new foster dog arrived yesterday from an animal shelter in Quebec. Chrissy is an eight year old shih tzu mix who is somewhat underweight, energetic, friendly and playful. She loves the toys, going outside and getting lots of pets. Chrissy slept in a crate beside our bed and we never heard a peep from her all night. She seems to be house trained and has been given the run of the house today. She is settling in very quickly and once her spay incision is healed and stitches out she will be ready for adoption. Hopefully she will have gained a bit of weight by then. She has quite the underbite with a snaggle tooth; very adorable.
