Unfortunately Penny's adoption did not pan out.

Not really sure what happened with this, but the applicant did not continue with the screening process, so Penny is still available for adoption. Her fur has grown in very nicely and she really looks like a shih tzu now. She is so sweet and calm, but does get animated at times especially when it is time for bedtime treats. Penny loves to go for short walks and taking naps.
