Brooke is still looking for the perfect home!

Brooke had a couple of applications come in, but unfortunately neither worked out for her. We know the perfect home is out there just waiting to find her.
Brooke is a sweet gentle girl, who is learning that it is really nice to snuggle and get pets. She will let you know she likes it with gentle little snorting sounds.
Brooke still has the odd accident inside, but it is less than one/day now.
She absolutely loves to chew on bones, rawhide etc. and will spend as long as you allow gnawing away. She has even learned to be a bit assertive to hang onto what she wants.

I finally got brave enough to give Brooke a short hair cut, now that summer is over. She is learning stairs, but finds them a challenge with her longer body and very short legs. She can go up a set of stairs with someone spotting her... next we will tackle going down.

Brooke has come so far in the 3 months she has been with us. What shines through is her calm, sweet disposition and quiet nature. She is a delight to have in our home.
